Curry Dip - what doesn't it go well with it? In what other establishment would the director give you some from their family stash?
Avocado Spread - on a piece of Rivky challah, what could be better?
Apple Kugel - although only served during the Chagim, it makes staying in Binghamton for the Chagim well worth it.
Tomato Salad- one of the best delicacies at Chabad.

My college experience was greatly influenced by Chabad House. Where else on a college campus can you walk into a class at 9pm and feel comfortable enough to ask your teacher for dinner and your teacher will bring out a well balanced meal? Chabad has been a great home away from home for the past four years. They have provided me with younger siblings, a doctor referral service, domestic skills, a cake and celebration on my birthday every year — Simchat Torah, and a most distinct Jewish identity.
I hope Chabad House of Binghamton will grown from strength to strength, just as their menu has :)
