Judith Glaser Major: Biology, BS Plans for the future: New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) Of New York Institute of Technology My collegiate experience at Binghamton has enhanced my Jewish identity. The many Jewish events that took place here, have strengthened my Judaism and have given me a powerful sense of Jewish pride. Shabbos has been the most memorable and meaningful experiences for me as a Jew here in Binghamton. Davening Kabalat Shabbat, singing z'miros, eating a home cooked meal, celebrating birthdays, or participating in an Oneg, with a couple of hundred people, has been the highlight of my week for the past four years. I will miss Shabbos at Chabad. Whether it be a class, a holiday or a campus wide event, Chabad House has always been there to teach, celebrate, and instill strong and spiritual Jewish identity to countless people. I hope that the strong Jewish presence at Binghamton University will continue to grow, and reach out to many more students so that they too, can share in this unique and magical Jewish experience.
