With a candle for light, Clemente descends to the lower level through this hole...
...while Matty Fuchs has to suck it in to fit his broad frame through the narrow space -
- and emerge later, crawling into the next room.
Before the flash from the camera went off, all you could see was the soft glow from the candles.
Glenn sees sunlight up above, and takes a a breath of fresh air.
The group filed down a narrow, twisted passageway...
... that ended in crawling on your belly into the last room.

After wiping off all the dust and dirt, the group went to a nearby shack to see some of the amazing artifacts discovered here at Beit Guvrin, and to hear some more history.
