Rosh Chodesh Circle Event a Delicious Hit!

The first Rosh Chodesh event for this year in honor of Tishrei was held a
few days before Rosh Hashana and appropriately featured a Rosh Hashana
cooking workshop in which participants cooked and baked up a storm
of  recipes contributed by mothers and grandmothers of workshop
participants. In addition to enjoying the feast, a discussion about the
symbolic foods eaten on Rosh Hashana was enjoyed by all as well as a game
during which the circle tightened as participants got to know each other.
Everyone went home with extra food and a special Cook Book compiled just
for this program, chock full of great recipes that will surely create
wonderful Rosh Hashana memories for many families, for generations to come!
