Chabad House is a "Home Away from Home" for the
Jewish student at
Binghamton University. It's your house, and like your home, our
doors are always open.
Chabad House offers students an opportunity to experience the richness of their heritage and make new friends. The Chabad House - Jewish Student Center was founded in 1985 to serve religious, educational, and social needs of the large Jewish population at Binghamton University. Over the last decade it has gained national prominence as one of the fastest growing and most vibrant, innovative and all-inclusive organizations for Jewish college students in this country. Through all its growth and changes, Chabad's warmth and intimacy remain the same. Chabad House is open to and provides services for all Jewish men and women at Binghamton University, regardless of affiliation and background. Even one visit will convince you that the large group of students involved is far from homogeneous. If you' re Jewish, you belong! Chabad House is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You'll always find a friend at Chabad House.
